T Minus 10 Days and Counting
Well Well Well...
Miss Courtney here has 10 more days left of being a 2 year old. Why Must little one's grow so fast. Its totally not fair.
I think all parents should be equipped with a thing that freezes time for aprox. 15 minutes so we can enjoy an extra 15 minutes of whatever it may be that they are doing. It would be nice. I think I would have bunt that thing up by now though. I would have her permanatly frozen! LoL ~:o)-
Courtney was "Tinkerbell" for halloween. It was not a tinkerbell costume, but just a fiary costume. She instisted that it was Tinkerbell...and who's to argue with a 2 year old? NOT ME! LOL
She is with her brother in this picture who was Spiderman. But he did not wear his mask because Courtney wanted nothing to do with him if he was wearing it. Dont blame her. The poor kid could barely keep the mask so he could see outta it so I told him to just ditch the mask LOL. Courtney was watching all the other kids get candy in this picture...hence why she was looking away...she was READY TO GO!
So here they are at the VERY first house. I was trying to get her to say Thank You to every person that gave her candy...but all I could get outta her was "YES!!!" really loud as she ran off. *Ugh* The people handing out candy thought it was hilarious though. She fought me SO bad to not hold Branden's hand as we walked. I told her you HAVE to hold Branden's hand...or you have to go in the stroller. She did not want to go in the stroller but I fought with her more than anything to get her TO hold his hand. And ALL night, as she got Candy....All I heard was "YES!!!". LOL goof ball.
She had lotsa fun. Eventually she had to give in and get in the stroller because her poor little legs just got TO tired. If there where houses with stairs, Branden took her bag up to them and just said, my sister is in her stroller...her legs got tired. They looked behind him...and plunked in a few peices of candy in her bag. Thankfully, cause I dont know what would have happend had she not gotten candy in her bag. Notice the pouty face of this picture. She really wanted to GO but her poor little legs where tired that she would start to whine and say My Legs Hurt Momma! So I told her to just ride in the stroller. After much aruging...she agreed. She tried to jump out on me a few times LOL.
All in all she had lotsa fun on Halloween. This was the registered trick or treat. They also went trick or treating when the city had their trick or treat. I should have brought the stroller along for that one as well...because of the previous night....but I didnt...thankfully her uncle doesnt live that far from us and he gave us a ride back home. What did momma get outta the kids night of fun...A Jello Shot...and A Cold. NICE!
Thanks Kids!!!
